Waikopua Pool House

It was great to be back working with one of our previous clients to complete this stunning pool house and outdoor pool area.

The pool house seamlessly works in with the current home, taking in their stunning view of Rangitoto and the Waitamata.

Details

Pool House

The pool house is built with bevel back pine weatherboards to match the existing home. The design incorporates exposed macrocarpa trusses sitting on top of decretive schist pillars.

The Eurotray profile roof with its steep pitch makes the roof a stunning feature.

Inside we have prefinished birchwood ply walls and ceiling with negative detail for the games and bar/entertainment room to complete the pool house.

Pool

The pool which was constructed by Precision Pools is made from solid concrete and Mohaka River pool pebble, by NZ PI. It comes with a fully automated retractable recessed pool cover. The decking and surrounds is built from 115x19m Vitex hardwood decking.
