The Black House

Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs, with the master bedroom (including ensuite & library/study nook) and additional bedroom on the second floor.

With Cedar being the only cladding used, the combination of black stained cedar and natural coloured cedar adjacent to natural timber decking gives this home a modern design and a natural soft down-to-earth feel.

The entrance way being in the middle of the house has an open stairwell backing onto large glass panes with focus on the space in order to achieve impact upon entrance. This is after being led up an attractive entranceway with floral edging in ground level planter boxes, creating a seamless covered boardwalk entrance to wow visitors.
