The exterior showcases clean, tidy lines with smooth pine battens which meet a very tidy Vitex tropical hardwood decking, all of which marry nicely with the surrounding landscape.

The kitchen and living area easily flow through to the outdoors which was important to the family environment. This is achieved via a massive stacker door system, with extra attention applied to making the house perfectly flush with the decking and landscaping.

The home has a pavilion area with a high ceiling and custom sound system, with doors that open under a cedar soffit.

The floors are engineered hardwood, able to withstand the indoor antics of young children.

The pool, built by Custom Design Pools, is salt water with a 45-degree angle wall with sapphire stone copings and features glass mosaic tiles. The pool has been finished with ‘Bay of Island’ pool pebble by NZ pool Pebble.
