Our clients were looking for a home and income solution for their property in Beachlands.

They were lucky enough to have the space on their existing property so working closely with them, we created a simple yet functional space for them to rent out or have visitors.

The home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 65m2 house with a built in garage.

The kitchen and living room area is open plan for a nice spacious flowing environment. It has a lovely sun drenched deck with a covered pergola which will be perfect for kicking back in summer months.

The property itself is spacious with generous parking and completely seperate from the main house so there is plenty of privacy for the owner and tenant.
